PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY TAKE ONE SUBMISSION PER VACANCY FROM EACH RECRUITMENT AGENCY. YOU CAN SUBMIT UP TO THREE CANDIDATES PER SUBMISSION. SO THERE’S NO POINT DRIP-FEEDING CANDIDATES TO US. FILTER LIKE MAD, SELECT THE ABSOLUTE BEST AND THEN SEND THEM IN WHEN YOU’RE CONVINCED YOU’VE GOT THE BEST THREE ON THE MARKET.
Our terms for recruitment agencies are:
A. First full-time candidate taken on in 12-month period – 10% of annual wage/salary. Payment 30 days after start of full-time employment. No payment if selected candidate doesn’t last 30 days.
B. Second full-time candidate taken on in 12-month period – 12.5% of annual wage/salary. Payment terms as above. No-stay-no-pay terms as above.
c. Third full-time candidate taken on in 12-month period – 15% of annual wage/salary. Payment terms & no-stay-no-pay terms as above.
Seemples. NB – we don’t accept candidates for the Smooth Operator positions via recruitment agencies.
